We understand, mountain of losses and thirst of "revenge" of the people of USA.

But it is impossible to admit, that the blind fury would block a road to mind and wisdom of the people. Unless, the people of USA will feel simplification, if thousand innocent people will be lost. Blood, derivates blood, and is angry, derivates only angrily.

State of USA is pride of a Human civilization, USA country, which independently liquidated slavery in the country, declares general democracy and most important declares "presumption of innocence". Unless it will be fair, to execute the people the peoples and countries, the guilt, which is not proved. If the innocent people will be lost, than we shall differ, from those who has committed unprecedented evil deed of September 11, 2001. It is impossible to admit, what the share "Revenge", became " Black page " in a history of Mankind, what the Presidents of the advanced countries did not become the assassins. A small question to the Presidents of the advanced states: " Than, you can wash off blood from the hands, blood without guilt killed during the share " Revenge "?".

I, the scientific coordinator , founder " of Centre of researches cryptic of technologies ", invoke everyone, whom a road ideals of Mankind, at this responsible moment to stay and to not plunge Mankind into epoch of chaos and brutal wars to, and to wipe the eyes from tears and to evaluate the usual situation, to evaluate possible(probable) consequences from rash military actions. And as to understand, who exactly costs(stands) behind event of September 11, 2001.

I, the scientific coordinator , christian to become ready on protection oslem Usama ben Ladena and to assert his(its) innocence in terroristic acts, which have taken place in September 11, 2001. I and my colleagues we recognize the mistakes in a wrong estimation of a situation. Yes, the God will forgive us!

In heading of our circulation, I have declared, that I shall name September 11, 2001, guilty of tragedy. Yes, I know, who!

Give, having rejected all prejudices and personal hostility we shall analyse occurring events.

1) We shall begin from destruction of a submarine of "Kursk", during the doctrines in August, 2000. For the simple citizen of Russia, is the tragedy, which was called by a negligence Commanding of Naval forces of Russia, during realization of the doctrines.

As it is a pity, that the President V. Putin, had not enough boldness to tell the truth.

And the truth consist in the following, that the reason of destruction of a submarine of "Kursk", was the non-authorized torpedo attack, American submarine of "Memphis". I, address(pay) attention on the word: "non-authorized", namely the American seamen, could not understand, that has taken place, and as the reason happened have named: " Failure in work of the main computer. " The chiefs of countries of USA and Russia knew About it, but the American party, and could not explain, how it could take place. Realizing the guilt, USA has reduced a duty to Russia to USA by the sum: 20 billions US dollars.

By this fact, it is possible to regard, deliberate attempt of Maximum echelons of an authority of Russia, to hide the true reason of failure of a submarine of "Kursk", having buried the first compartment of a submarine at the bottom Barence of the sea.

But, there was open a question: " What, has taken place with the main computer of a submarine " of Memphis ", which was in Barence the sea, in a zone of the doctrines of Naval forces of Russia in August, 2000? " " Why, the main computer of a submarine " of Memphis ", USA, has given command to attack the Russian submarine " of Kursk ". If in August, 2000, Naval forces of USA could correctly define the reason occurred, then there would be no tragedy of September 11, 2001.

2. Events from the moment of "failure" of a submarine of "Kursk" up to an attempt on Ahmad Shah Massud, I deliberately lower(omit) and I shall come back to them at the end of the narration.

According to the experts of prospecting and special services of the advanced countries, this terroristic act could not take place without sharing(participation) of special services. The given operation should be developed, is prepared, is carried out and is coordinated from a beginning up to the moment of completion only by special service of the advanced countries. On an informal estimation of the experts FSB of Russia (Federal service of safety), such operation could be carried out, only by(with) three special services: CIA (USA),

FSB (Russia), Massad (Israel). The accomplishment of similar operation by the terrorist by the single - Usama ben Ladana either whom or other, is impossible. Accomplishment of terroristic act in New York and Washington, September 11, 2001, organizations of a type: organizations of clearing of Palestine, Japanese Red Army, movement(traffic) "Taliban" and similar by them, and as fantastic organization " Incorporated moslem of a coalition " - is completely excluded. How each of them realizes, that by similar aggression it(he) puts itself(himself) " outside of the law ". It is natural, that a number(line) of questions arises: " If, not FSB, not CIA, not Massad, not " Taliban ", not Usama ben Ladan, not " Red Army of Japan ", then who? Who is guilty of destruction of thousand people in New York and Washington? Who has put damage to a building Pentagon and has carried away 800 human life? Who has destroyed pride of USA, world shopping center in New York? Who has carried away thousand life? Who has prepared the terrorists, which have seized planes? "

6. The answer very simple, but it(he) will be later.

In time, tragedy of September 11, who has not paid attention, on that fact, that with received the information FBI and CIA, namely; the names of the terrorists (which in the majority were not confirmed), the machine with the instructions of the pilot and 30 copies Koran (probably terrorists, before grab of the plane, traded him(it) in streets), of a post-mortem slip (they probably wrote them for CIA, what it, at once and correctly has defined their accessory(belonging) to organization Usama ben Laden), is than other, as the worthless play, at cheap theatre. It is surprising, that USA, country with huge possibilities, is like " a goat on a cord ", obediently plays, role, removed(allocated) to it(her), on beforehand prepared to it(her) the scripts.

You see, any "unknown" force attempts to push off in the global, military conflict of USA to countries moslem of the World.

This "unknown" force, puts before itself the purpose:

1) To change status quo in the World, by destroying or global easing of economy of USA.

2) As methods for achievement of the purposes, the accomplishment of the numerous certificates(acts) of large-scale aggression on territory of USA was supposed.

3) Result of the numerous and large-scale certificates(acts) of aggression on territory of USA, is the rise of chaos in company of USA and complete paralysis of economy of USA.

4) Inquest of destroying of economy of USA, is the chaos in Europe and disorder of the block of NATO, as USA, is a part, binding it

." But, who this " unknown " force, which to excel of all terrorists also has decided to change the existing World order? Who it? " The time Has come, to answer and this question. 

" The Centre of researches, cryptic of technologies " declares, that Usama Ben Laden - is not guilty and is not the organizer of tragedy in USA,  September 11, 2001. What to prove culpability Usama Ben Laden, USA is necessary for presenting to a World public of the direct evidences, instead of indirect and not garbled, his guilt. If those proofs will not be presented, then all actions of USA in the share "Revenge" the world public can regard, as than reasonable aggression. And itself Usama Ben Laden in eyes moslem of the World, will be looks the hero and "sacred".

The question arises: " And whether there were terrorists onboard planes or it was only next performance (performance)? ". I and my colleagues consider(count), that onboard 4 planes, which " were seized by the terrorists ", the terrorists were not, because at replacement of the pilots, the dispatcher at once would notice the fact of replacement of the pilots, so in most cases, the dispatcher learns(finds out) all pilots on a vote. So, that cabins of the pilots, who did not seize. And it was possible, that: " All planes administered by unknown computers from ground, the communication(connection) of crew and passengers with ground was blocked, and all bells of the passengers from a board of planes there was a performance, with the purpose of receiving the information about action of services of safety on ground.

It is those who, supervises, coordinates and finances the shares of the protest and confusions in cities of Europe and America against the World Trade Organization.

And you see during chaos in Human company, the authority above it lays under legs, it is necessary to bend what to lift it. In the given situation it is necessary to the leaders of countries to show wisdom, and to not begin at all military actions and to untie the global military conflict, for for it from them and wait. The leaders of the states should understand, that by them, someone attempts to play, whether and on their actions will depend there will be they puppets in another's hands or wise actions will destroy the script " of the Secret director ".
