HISTORY of CREATION "CENTRE of RESEARCHES of CRYPTIC TECHNOLOGIES"

I and my colleagues have made a decision to submit on your court the information on events of the near past, which had prolongation now. Thereby, we want to inform up to YOU, what exactly has made us, consciously to go on hazard, creating "CENTRE of RESEARCHES CRYPTIC of TECHNOLOGIES ", and accessing to a World public.

This information is submitted for the first time.

I, and my colleagues in miscellaneous time in epoch of existence USSR, were attracted in operation in scientifically - exploratory centre, in which the researches and learning of abnormal appearances in an environment were produced.

The purpose of researches - on the basis of researches of abnormal appearances, search and creations of new technologies. A primal problem was usages of such technologies in the military purposes, especially at creation of a weapon of mass destruction.

Our exploratory centre was in one of regional centres USSR, it had the status of regional centre, and central office was - exploratory centre in Moscow, which was subject and was financed directly by Central Committee of a Communist Party of the Soviet Union. The immediate control, behind operation of this centre realized

On territory USSR was created a great many of groups, which were engaged in researches and development of the direction, in limits of one city there could be some such groups.

These groups when had no personal contact among themselves, only selected, could be the participants of the closed (secret) conferences, congresses, seminars, conferences, which were conducted on the basis of the Ministry of the defence USSR and KGB.

In an orb of my responsibilities, I had access to outcomes of researches many groups. I was included into number those selected, to which the involvement in operation of the closed (secret) conferences, congresses and conferences was authorized, if I on what or from reasons did not share in their operation, gained the detailed information on their operation.

To work there was interestingly, everything, that it seemed by a fantasy, appeared by reality. I worked with major inspiration, has not appeared yet, that there are supersecret objects, on which not only there was a weapon, but also the trials, not only on animal, but also in public were conducted.

In 1985, I have received access to materials from supersecret objects, in January 1986 me have offered to pass training a special training center at the Ministry of the defence USSR, refuse I could not or as then spoke: " had no the moral right, to not justify confidence assigned to me by a Party ", however entrance to numbers KPSU who from me did not require. This fact seem to exchange very much not clear, as in that time all close confidants accepted to what or secret information, necessarily were terms KPSU. The answer to this problem I have found much later, when during development of modification, one of the employees of the Siberian separation of exploratory centre, attempted to uncover the truth, he was declared mad and is sent psychological hospital, where was converted into a test material.

Than longer I prolonged to work, especially I realized the sin before the god and people, but unfortunately, I could not counter this.

The dismissal is meant mors as a result of casualty or sudden mors from a heart failure, but before mors the dismissed transited, that the test material "was named ", and this fact, was is more terrible only.

Not long before decay USSR, the exploratory centre has stopped the existence, on the last closed conference was declared, that the researches are terminated up to the special instruction and from the participants of conference the subscripts about saving privacy of the information were taken.

However I and my colleagues permanently was possessed by(with) anxiety on destiny of outcomes of researches, we understood, that, utillizing these outcomes and, having advanced them, it is possible to create brand new a weapon of mass destruction.

In 1995-1997  we have decided to conduct analytical operation. 

The purpose, which was to observe further destiny, outcomes of researches in the field of creation of the off-the-shelf military technologies and their possible(probable) application. Our searches were spread, only to those technologies, which were developed on the basis of learning abnormal appearances in an environment, and with which we directly had the ratioes.

The outcomes conducted operation have stunned us;

 

1. The operations of centre are not terminated, they were restored in January, 1993.

2. The operations of centre will be carried out(spent) outside countries former USSR, together with and on territories of countries of Asia and Short-range East.

3. Six carrying on experts of centre, are in countries of Short-range East, and seven carrying on experts, have died under mysterious circumstances.

4. In districts of Far North and Eternal ice of Russia there is a search GMUP - genetic material of a unknown of a parentage.

The retrieved samples depart in laboratory of countries of Short-range East.

5. The researches, and as trials WMDNGY - weapon of mass destruction of a new generation are yielded.

6. The researches on search to usage of alternate sorts and energy sources are carried on.

7. In period with 1989 for 1992 the practical trials psy - technologies (technologies of a control above consciousness) were realized which had mass character and successful outcome.

8. Is carried on researches on creation of the in essence new carrier of military loads.

 

THE NOTE: If researches and the trials of the carrier of military loads will have a positive take, then such carrier will be impregnable, for existing systems against the rocket defence.

All above-stated directions of researches, have very major and stable financing.

 

MAIN OUTPUT: the existing parity in a world can be infringed in period with 2002 - 2005, as a result of break in the field of creation of the off-the-shelf technologies in military area. The origin of a weapon of mass destruction which is not having of clones in a world, will entail, origin new over the mandatory power, which will have indisputable military priority above USA and countries of the block of NATO, that immediately will entail attempts reallocation of the markets and zones of effect. The possibility of origin of global military conflict takes place, the military aggression is possible(probable) concerning USA and countries of the block of NATO.

I and my colleagues, we realize comprehension of that fact, that the mankind can appear on a threshold of new global military conflict. This conflict can on scales of victims and corruptings can appear by more terrible, than two world wars taken together. I am ready to affix the forces what to avoid it(him), unfortunately, my possibilities incommensurably are small.

 

Comprehension of this fact, has pushed us to creation of independent exploratory centre, which should master creations of the off-the-shelf technologies and find ways of opposition, their warlike application. We should utillize all knowledge and possibilities what to counter appearance new " Empires of Evil ".
